Once your request is submitted, a member of our team will review your information and reach out with next steps and details about the application process. Please understand that this screening process takes time, and as a result, we may not be able to offer immediate assistance.

If you are in urgent need, we strongly encourage you to contact your local Salvation Army, United Way, or Department of Children and Family Services, who may be able to provide more immediate support and access to emergency resources.
